Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final (Food Items)
Due to the perishable nature of our fine foods and preserves, all food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We take great care in packaging and shipping to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.


2. Non‑Food Items
Select non‑food gift items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.


5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.


6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued as either:
• Original payment method, or
• Store credit (in cases where replacement is not available)
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
