We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined by carrier rates and will be displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


4. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


5. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Warm‑Weather Shipping (Food Items)
Because Petite Maison offers fine foods and preserves, we take extra care during warm months. Certain items may require insulated packaging or expedited shipping to ensure product quality. Any special requirements will be noted on the product page.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution.
Please note that once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund items that are stolen or missing.


9. Local Delivery or Pickup (If Offered)
If local delivery or pickup becomes available, details will be provided on our website and at checkout.


10. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Certain food items may not be eligible for shipment to all states due to local regulations.
